Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join their team in Providence, RI. Duties Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations. Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment. Conduct and defend depositions. Negotiate with opposing counsel. Requirements 4 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience. Excellent academic and professional credentials. Strong analytical and communication skills. Comfortable managing client relationships. Federal clerkship experience preferred. Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is a plus. Good standing in the state of residence. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of residence. Skills Case management and litigation strategy development.
