Medical Care Center Staff - RN

Mission Health, based in Asheville, NC, is seeking an experienced EP Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team dedicated to providing advanced cardiac care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. As an EP Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in the delivery of specialized care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, including diagnostic studies, ablations, device implants, and related cardiac interventions. Working collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and fellow nurses, you will provide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care, including patient assessment, monitoring, education, and recovery support.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients and procedure rooms, verifying consents, managing pre-procedure medications, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols and infection control standards. During EP procedures, you will provide continuous hemodynamic and rhythm monitoring, titrate medications under provider direction, assist with device and equipment operation within scope, and rapidly respond to changes in patient condition. You will coordinate post-procedure care, including recovery monitoring, pain and symptom management, discharge teaching, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions of care.
