INFIELD Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership for a multi-site patient care region in Southwest Michigan. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence clinical quality, patient outcomes, operational performance, and organizational growth. We are seeking a leader who can elevate clinical quality, strengthen operational performance, mentor leaders, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have significant visibility with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of care delivery across the region. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and oversight for a designated regional care team Champion quality initiatives, performance improvement efforts, and patient satisfaction outcomes Develop and mentor clinical leaders while building a culture of accountability and engagement Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and measurable improvements Drive change management initiatives and lead process improvement efforts Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational goals Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and clinical standards Support growth initiatives and help position the organization for continued success What We're Looking For Active Michigan RN license required Healthcare leadership experience managing clinical teams and operations Strong experience with quality improvement, performance management, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and improve outcomes Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams Excellent communication, organizational, and scheduling/resource management skills Hospice, palliative care, home health, post-acute care, or other community-based healthcare experience is highly desirable, but not required Why This Opportunity?
