Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Lead to join their team. As a Finance Lead, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the SAP S/4 HANA migration by acting as the Operations Finance representative, ensuring system design aligns with business needs.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE workflows for Operations Finance teams.
• Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and operations teams to support solution design, configuration reviews, testing, and migration readiness activities.
• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and variance analysis.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with a focus on inventory and cost accounting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly within Finance and Controlling modules.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor cost structures, including standard costing, BOM configurations, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Strong process documentation, system design, and project leadership skills, with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
