Operations Support Specialist

We're Hiring: Operations Support Specialist The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is hiring for an Operations Support Specialist position. This is a full-time, regular position with an annual salary of $48,000–$52,000 , depending on experience. The Operations Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support across Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas. Responsibilities include supporting program administration and organizational compliance, conducting provider monitoring visits, coordinating facility operations and office logistics, maintaining operational policies and procedures, and assisting with fraud prevention, risk monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in operations, program administration, compliance, contract administration, office administration, workforce development, or a related field. Postsecondary education, technical training, certifications, or additional relevant experience is preferred, and equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
