Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Care Manager, Home Health RN Duration: 16 weeks Shift: DAYS: Tuesday to Saturday Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License required Certifications: CPR Certification preferred Must-Have: Strong communication and organizational skills Description: Home Health RN - Full Time Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday. This position is responsible for providing individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician's order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases where this position is the lead discipline.
