Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care in the operating room setting, focusing on ortho, general surgery, urology, gynecology, and spine procedures.
• Circulate and scrub various surgical specialties, including ENT, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, OB-GYN, and Robotics.
• Administer procedural sedation and assist with blood/blood product administration.
• Manage and maintain various vascular access devices, including PICC lines and Port-A-Cath devices.
• Utilize and manage specialized equipment such as wound vacs and epidural pumps.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of operating room nursing experience required.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Experience with robotic surgical systems and ENT procedures strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in scrubbing and circulating roles is strongly preferred.
• Compact nursing license accepted; must have active state licensure.
• Ability to work on-call and provide weekend coverage as needed.
