Radiologist Location: Vancouver, Washington Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension. Pay Rate: $107 - $115/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Radiologist for a temporary assignment in Vancouver, Washington. These positions are 13-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a Radiologist:

• Perform fluoroscopic studies with support from radiologic technologists in both inpatient and outpatient settings • Operate fluoroscopy equipment independently, with radiologic technologists available to assist as needed • Provide final interpretation and sign radiology reports • Perform required fluoroscopic procedures including Esophagram, Upper GI, Upper GI Small Bowel Follow Through, and Modified Barium Swallow • Perform preferred procedures including Barium Enema Single Contrast and Barium Enema with Air • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) during Modified Barium Swallow studies, with each provider completing their respective portions of the exam • Work independently on all listed studies following completion of training and proctoring • Participate in proctoring program to achieve credentialing sign-off for required procedure types • Manage an average patient volume of 8–10 patients per day • Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and charting • Maintain current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross • Provide documentation (case list) of at least 100 clinical cases representative of requested privileges performed within the previous 24 months, including diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility • Provide documentation of at least 5 procedures for each listed procedure type within the past 24 months • Adhere to patient care standards for patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts) • Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements—no exemptions accepted
