A High-Impact Leadership Opportunity A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a visionary, board-certified psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director–a critical executive role shaping clinical strategy, care delivery, and program development within a dynamic inpatient setting. Why This Role Matters As Medical Director, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering directly with senior leaders to guide clinical direction and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory excellence. Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and EVP Provide strategic and operational leadership across all clinical services Develop, recommend, and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care Direct and coordinate psychiatric services, including oversight of medical staff and APRNs Ensure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of all psychiatric and medical care delivered to hospitalized patients Maintain a limited clinical caseload (up to six patients) Participate in shared weekend and evening call coverage with other employed physicians What We’re Looking For Board-certified psychiatrist (adult or child) Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts 5+ years of leadership experience in inpatient behavioral health Expertise in clinical operations, program development, and team leadership Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare financial models Passion for driving patient-centered, high-quality care #J-18808-Ljbffr Nahse
