About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to take on a pivotal role in defining, packaging, and delivering the value of its products to the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product narrative, translating complex concepts into compelling value propositions, and leading the Go-To-Market strategy for the entire product portfolio. This includes orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional launches and developing strategic packaging to maximize win rates. The role also involves team building, mentorship, and establishing the PMM function's playbooks, frameworks, and KPIs. The VP of Product Marketing will be a key strategic partner to the Commercial team, with a focus on executive market intelligence, sales enablement strategy, and acting as a strategic advisor to the CPO and Director of Product. Applicants for the VP of Product Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years' of experience in product marketing, with a minimum of 4 years' in a leadership role. Deep experience in HealthTech, B2B SaaS, or healthcare data platforms is essential, as is a proven track record in commercializing complex, technical products for enterprise audiences. The role requires elite communication skills, business and financial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functionally. A strategic vision and the ability to balance long-term market trajectory with immediate team needs are also key qualifications. Bonus points are awarded for experience in specific healthcare markets and with GenAI, LLMs, or AI-driven clinical products.
