Job Description:
We are currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to patient-centered care, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative clinical setting. Bilingual in Spanish/Mandarin/Vietnamese /Cantonese preferred.

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
• Perform evaluation, re-evaluation and discharge
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using EMR system
• Provide education and motivation to help patients reach their rehab goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Qualifications:

• Current California PT/PTA license
• Associate degree from an accredited PT/PTA program
• CPR certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outpatient experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
