Certified Diabetes Educator

To support patient education initiatives, the full-time Certified Diabetes Educator will provide guidance on diabetes management and treatment resources through virtual interactions, while working remotely from a dedicated home workspace. Key responsibilities: Engage in one-on-one communications with enrolled patients via telephone, video, email, and SMS to educate them about diabetes management Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to program guidelines while providing educational support Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize key projects and deadlines Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or BSN 3+ years of experience as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) Comprehensive understanding of diabetes care principles and practices
