Digital User Experience Manager

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time remote Digital User Experience Manager will provide direction and leadership to enhance operational stability and associate experience through digital transformation, project management, and technology implementation. Key responsibilities: Set the vision and culture for the Digital User Experience team while managing performance and development of staff Oversee architecture and support for endpoint technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management systems Drive strategy and innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize and automate processes across the organization Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience; 7+ years of management experience in Cloud Infrastructure and endpoint management Solid knowledge of cloud-based systems (M365 and AWS) and enterprise networking concepts Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with ITIL best practices and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and metrics-driven reporting
