Descripción del empleoBuscamos un director financiero y controller con experiencia para incorporarse a nuestra organización. En este puesto clave, supervisará todas las operaciones financieras, garantizará el cumplimiento normativo y proporcionará orientación financiera estratégica para respaldar el crecimiento de la organización.
- Supervisar todas las operaciones contables
- Preparar y presentar estados financieros e informes precisos de acuerdo con las normas USGAAP
- Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos anuales, previsiones y proyecciones financieras
- Analizar datos financieros para identificar tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de optimización de costes
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener controles internos y procedimientos de cumplimiento normativo
- Dirigir y orientar al equipo de contabilidad, proporcionando comentarios sobre el rendimiento y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional
- Coordinar las auditorías externas y gestionar los resultados de las mismas, así como las medidas correctivas.
- Garantizar que los procesos de cierre financiero se realicen de forma puntual y precisa.
- Gestionar los sistemas y el software financieros, incluidas las plataformas ERP y las aplicaciones contables.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas financieras estratégicas para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Supervisar el flujo de caja y gestionar las necesidades de capital circulante.
- Proporcionar análisis financieros y recomendaciones a la alta dirección para la toma de decisiones.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa fiscal federal, estatal y local, así como de los requisitos de presentación de informes.
**Habilidades y experiencia requeridas:**
- Más de 7 años de experiencia en contabilidad y gestión financiera, con al menos 3 años en un puesto de controlador o en un cargo de liderazgo similar
- Conocimiento de USGAAP y de los principios de contabilidad financiera
- Dominio de programas de contabilidad y sistemas ERP
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de modelización financiera
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar y desarrollar equipos de contabilidad
- Experiencia en controles internos, gestión de riesgos y procedimientos de cumplimiento normativo
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de análisis financiero
- Conocimientos de contabilidad de múltiples entidades y procesos de consolidación
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
**Habilidades y experiencia deseables:**
- Experiencia en contabilidad de costes y análisis de variaciones
- Experiencia en gestión de tesorería y optimización del flujo de caja
- Conocimiento de los procedimientos de cumplimiento normativo y auditoría
- Familiaridad con la previsión financiera y la planificación de escenarios
- Certificación como CPA o CMA
- Experiencia en implementaciones de sistemas y mejoras de procesos
Formación Académica: carreras administrativas o afines
15+ años liderando marketing en CPG/Retail o compañías nativas digitales.
Experiencia en fondos de capital privado deseable.
Experiencia en fraquicias, mezcla de consumo y tecnología
Idiomas: Bilingüe en inglés y español
