Job Title: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics / RRT – NICU

Location: Cleveland, OH
Contract Duration: 8–12 Weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU to provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric critical care patients. This role supports high-acuity NICU, PICU, and CVICU populations and requires strong experience in Level IV neonatal intensive care settings.

Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 12-hour shifts
• Full-time travel assignment
• All scheduling requests and RTO must be disclosed during submission and interview

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Active Ohio RRT License (required at submission)
• NBRC Credential
• BLS Certification
• Advanced NRP Certification
• PALS Certification
• All certifications must be submitted with the candidate profile

Required Clinical Experience

• Level IV NICU experience
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
• Neonatal and pediatric ventilator management
• High-acuity respiratory critical care
• Pediatric respiratory assessment and treatment

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment.
• Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, intensivists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
