You have experience working in Financial Planning and enjoy consulting, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with clients. You enjoy collaborating with your team and working in a highly efficient supportive environment; then this role is for you. What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it) You will follow a detailed financial planning process to ensure that clients taking out Risk and Life Cover policies feel secure and confident with your service. Some of your duties will include assessing various risks that could impact clients’ financial security, conducting a thorough analysis of life insurance needs, recommending life insurance products, developing risk management strategies, and assisting clients and their beneficiaries. To make it even better, you will be provided with clients and leads, so no cold calling for you to do. Where you’ll be doing it You will be joining an independent wealth management firm that has grown exponentially over the past 7 years and has access to big pension funds, so there is no shortage of clients. You’ll be based in professional offices in Tygervalley, Cape Town. What you’ll need To be considered for this opportunity, you need to have completed RE 5 as well as a Wealth Management Certificate/Diploma along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Financial Planner/Financial Advisor. You also need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans with your own transport to go see clients. What you’ll get Along with a market-related basic salary, you will also receive commission.
