What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive urology clinical care in a hospital-based setting
• Assist in performing scheduled procedures and surgeries
• Participate in clinic consultations, evaluations, and follow-up care
• System call coverage, based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month) including one weekend, with schedule flexibility
• Support outreach efforts to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days/month)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols

What You Need

• Active Wisconsin State License in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, or eligibility
• Prior clinical experience in urology preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and diverse caseloads
