Job TitleLocation: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE: 731 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery ALMUST HAVE:Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/MacResponsibilities:Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed. Supporting 6 local car dealerships in the area. Do not contact local tech already there.Required Skills:Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, InstallingWork Schedule:M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YESEmployment Type:Full-time hoursExperience and Certifications:1.5 yearsDriving Requirements:YES Travel between multiple locations during the week.Contract to Hire- Conversion Rate:22-24$/hrWorksite Zip Code:36117Application Questions:1.
