Certified Surgical Technician

Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to support surgeons and nurses in our rural critical access hospital. Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, assisting during procedures, and managing surgical supplies and equipment. The CST will verify patient and procedure information, handle specimens, and ensure accurate counts. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to surgical patients in our community-focused environment.
