What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point person for multiple customers across North America. Own the customer post‑signature experience through ongoing support, coordinating with the internal deployments team. Act as the voice of the customer among product, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment. Coordinate ongoing customer touchpoints to align production planning with our robotic systems’ capabilities. Ensure customer utilization of our robotic systems for all accounts. Who You Are Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), able to communicate technical and business concepts effectively. Will travel as needed (up to 30%) to customer sites to build relationships and understand operations. Has experience communicating technical subjects to non‑technical audiences. Capable of negotiating with stakeholders at executive leadership levels. Customer‑obsessed and cares deeply about delivering value.
