Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Machinists with our client located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Manufacturing Machinists do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $25.00-$29.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machining equipment including lathes, honing machines, grinders, and deburring tools, as well as disassemble, assemble, and adjust cutting dies and sources in presses. Responsibilities include measuring, inspecting, and evaluating parts against detailed specifications with precise adjustments, monitoring machine performance, ensuring safety compliance, performing routine maintenance, and efficiently diagnosing and resolving machine malfunctions.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· At least 3 years of experience operating CNC and manual equipment in a manufacturing environment

· At least 3 years of setup experience with CNC machinery

· Certification in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields preferred

· Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and quality standards (ASME, ISO)

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues

· Proficient English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
