Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay:
$80/hour – Clinical/Billable Services
$40/hour – Administrative/Non-Billable Time

Position Overview

Bright Sky Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric team.

This position offers flexibility in both schedule and setting , with the option to provide services in clients' homes, at The Bright Space – An ABA & Development Space , or a combination of both.

We are looking for an SLP who is comfortable working independently, building and managing a caseload, and collaborating with families and other members of the child's care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide direct speech and language therapy
• Support expressive and receptive language, articulation, functional communication, social communication, and AAC as appropriate
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Provide caregiver education and recommendations
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Build and maintain a consistent caseload
• Manage client scheduling and caseload needs
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other providers as appropriate
• Maintain professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant practices

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current or eligible Kansas SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with AAC, autism, and neurodivergent children is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload

Schedule & Compensation

This is a part-time W-2 position with a flexible schedule . The SLP will work with Bright Sky to establish availability based on their desired schedule and client needs.

Clinical/Billable Services: $80/hour
Includes direct therapy, evaluations, caregiver training, and other approved billable clinical services.

Administrative/Non-Billable Time: $40/hour
Includes approved documentation, scheduling, caseload management, meetings, training, and other non-billable responsibilities.

Hours and caseload have the opportunity to grow as Bright Sky's speech therapy services expand.
