That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth. We're looking for people who:Are curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselves If you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.*  Responsibilities:Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using MS .NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS on Windows ServerSupport all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenanceDevelop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures and database-driven functionalityPerform software testing activities including: Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Document and track software defects using enterprise bug tracking systemsCoordinate defect resolution with developers, testers, and project managersMentor junior team members on development standards, tools, and best practicesSupport configuration management and deployment activities in controlled environmentsEnsure compliance with secure coding standards and mission environment requirementsRequirements:Minimum 8 years of experience supporting .NET developmentMS .NETC#MVC 4+IIS / Windows Server web developmentMinimum 5 years of experience supporting the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Minimum 5 years of experience supporting software development testing (Unit, System, Functional, or UAT)Minimum 5 years of experience developing SQL stored proceduresMinimum 5 years of experience mentoring junior technical personnelMinimum 5 years of experience documenting software defects using bug tracking toolsAbility to obtain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret accessesDoD 8140.03 IAT Level II (Intermediate) certification requiredActive Security clearance required IPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
