Join Our Client as a Manufacturing Engineer in Maple Plain, MN an innovative med-tech startup! We seek a seasoned pro with 7-10+ years in manufacturing engineering, CAD/SolidWorks skills, and med device expertise to scale soft-tissue repair production & optimize processes.

salary: $29 - 50 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and DFM strategies for soft-tissue repair device systems.
- Drive the successful scale-up and transfer of robust manufacturing processes into high-volume production.
- Develop, validate, and implement custom equipment, fixtures, and tooling for device assembly and inspection.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to execute root-cause analyses and resolve technical production constraints.
- Support process validations, change controls, and technical documentation in strict compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR standards.
- Experience level: Experienced
