**REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - Home Health** **SummitWest Care | Mesa County, CO** **Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday-Friday Day Schedule + On-Call Rotation** **$35--$43/hour** *(DOE)* **+ Mileage Reimbursement** **Practice Nursing, Not Productivity.** SummitWest Care is a nonprofit home health agency seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, patient-centered care throughout Mesa County. Home health offers a different nursing experience.
