Responsibilities Providing comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating patient activities, and maintaining practice standards. The role involves performing procedures such as IV starts, wound care, managing tubes and lines, and assisting with bedside interventions. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred RN license in the state; BCLS certification required No experience required; new graduates eligible Hospital experience and specialty certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are preferred or required based on unit needs.
