Preschool Teacher Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Year-Round Teach where the love is real. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development every single day. Use creative teaching methods — storytelling, sensory play, movement, music, and more. Maintain a warm, structured daily schedule that balances learning, play, meals, and rest. Build an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and celebrated. Track and document each child's progress using school assessment tools. Partner with families through warm, consistent communication about their child's growth. Uphold all health, safety, and emergency protocols to ensure student well-being. Who You Are You have experience working with young children and it shows — kids light up around you. You are patient, energetic, reliable, and bring your whole heart to work. You communicate clearly and kindly with children, families, and colleagues. You are a lifelong learner who welcomes feedback and professional growth. DCF 45-hour training, CDA credential, or a degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
