Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hands-on Pizzeria/ Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful pizzeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant

Maintain acceptable food cost & payroll percentages

Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Create and maintain a food and beverage budget within our guidelines

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events

Track food and supply stock, place food orders, and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of pizzeria or restaurant management experience

Catering Experience: Proven history managing off-site or high-volume tray catering

Culinary Skills: Ability to make pizza and cook a full Italian-American menu

Schedule: Availability to work nights, weekends & holidays

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS software

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent management and leadership skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
