We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Technical Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

ServiceNow System Administrator Resource Profile
Role Summary
The ServiceNow System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role manages day-to-day platform operations, user access, upgrades, configurations, and governance activities to ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow environment.
1. Day-to-Day Job Duties
•    Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
•    Configure forms, workflows, notifications, and business rules.
•    Manage users, groups, roles, and security access.
•    Support upgrades, patches, and release activities.
•    Monitor platform health and performance.
•    Support incident resolution and root cause analysis.
•    Develop reports and dashboards.
•    Coordinate enhancement requests with stakeholders.
•    Maintain platform documentation and operational procedures.
•    Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and security standards.
2. Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in IT or related discipline.
•    3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
•    Strong understanding of ITSM processes.
•    Experience with roles, workflows, and platform configuration.
•    Knowledge of integrations, reporting, and system maintenance.
•    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments.
Certifications
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
•    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
•    ITIL Foundation Certification
•    ServiceNow Micro-Certifications relevant to platform administration
