Housekeeper

Elim Wellspring,  a Cassia Community, is hiring a  Housekeeper  to join our team!  This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.  No experience is needed as  we will provide training to set you up for success. At   Elim Wellspring you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.

As a  Housekeeper at Elim Wellspring , you will be responsible for keeping our campus clean and comfortable for our residents. You will additionally be cross trained into supporting our laundry services as well. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule

Shift Available:
Monday - Friday Days 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 

Wage Range: $19.09 to $21.09 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371

 

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day room and dining room, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.  
• Launder resident and facility clothing, sheets and towels, including folding, labeling and distribution to resident rooms.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

• Ability to work with a diverse population of older adults. 
• Have the ability work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.

• Able to use basic maintenance tools such as hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill, etc.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
