RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree acceptable with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years. Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting. Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS certification within one year of hire. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts (7 pm-7:30 am), employing critical thinking, patient assessment, and teamwork.
