Position Overview You’ll manage a portfolio of customers and guide their projects from initial request to final delivery. Success in this role means keeping information accurate, timelines realistic, and communication consistent—while anticipating needs and resolving challenges with clarity and care. What You’ll Achieve Champion customer experience by ensuring every project progresses smoothly, transparently, and in alignment with expectations. Support project accuracy and quality through clear job specifications, effective coordination, and thoughtful follow-through. Strengthen internal collaboration by communicating needs, constraints, and updates that keep teams connected and productive. Enhance operational clarity by maintaining accurate records, job changes, and final billing details. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, communication, and workflow.
