Monitors the assembly/molding process; troubleshooting problem processes and assisting in resolving quality issues. Is the technical expert on various projects/productions jobs and process as required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay lead the startup of new/existing projects/production jobs, optimizing cost, efficiency and quality.May lead the process control and maintain appropriate documentation. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
