Summary Provide a luxury client experience in the RH West Palm Beach Gallery by assessing walk‑in clientele needs, educating on RH Interior Design services, and guiding clients from initial contact through product delivery. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving fiscal goals, and supporting gallery visual and quality standards. Responsibilities Deliver elevated service and product expertise to RH clientele on the gallery floor Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery and follow up Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally Requirements Experience in a design firm or high‑end furniture and luxury retail preferred; Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background preferred Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, collaborative, results‐oriented, and strategically agile Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., prolonged standing and mobility on the gallery floor; licensed to drive and local travel ability preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
