JANITOR (FULL TIME)

Full‑time Janitor position at Kairus located at 25000 E. 56th Avenue, Aurora, CO 80019. Online applications only. Location: Kairus – 25000 E. 56th Avenue, Aurora, CO 80019. Schedule: Full‑time shifts: 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, or 10:00 pm–6:30 am. Specific details provided during interview. Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour. Job Summary Maintains cleanliness and order of buildings, performing heavy cleaning tasks such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures. Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and returns them to correct placement. Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitizes all surfaces. Follows the eight‑step cleaning procedure. Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items. Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks. Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor. Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines. Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet. Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Janitorial experience required.
