Overview Caliber Collision invites you to join as a Collision Estimator in Service Center Houston - Memorial. The role covers writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle check‑in, final paperwork, total loss administration, and post‑repair communication while adhering to safety rules and company standards. Responsibilities Write detailed repair estimates. Conduct process reviews and perform quality checks. Check in customer vehicles and manage documentation. Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (e.g., DRP, final invoice). Finalize total‑loss administration and provide post‑repair status updates to customers. Requirements Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. Age 21 years or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Abilities & Skills Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Capacity to understand written and verbal instructions.
