Join JUST BETWEEN SENIORS LLC as a Caregiver / CNA / HHA in Montgomery, TX, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support to our clients in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Support mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Valid CNA or HHA certification, or equivalent experience in caregiving.
- Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
