Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available

We are looking for first, second & third shift nurses!!

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the RN or physician

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records and charts, adhering to facility policies and procedures

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

LPN Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program and hold a current state LPN license

• Strong orientation to learning and growth

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as well as move equipment and supplies

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent observation and documentation skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on resident-centered care
