This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. In addition:* Arrive at jobsites timely as scheduled when dispatched* Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsites* Communicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance visits as directed* Ability to work staggered schedule if required* Always maintain professional appearance and attitude* Complete all service-related forms properly* Provide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program information Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company for positive outcomes* Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines* Ability to provide commercial maintenance and demand service on basic commercial property**Experience, Qualifications, and Skills*** 5+ years experience as an HVAC Technician* Familiarity with refrigeration systems* Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required* Journeyman HVACHeartland Home Service is an equal opportunity employer.
