P/T Retail Store Associate - Gloucester Premium, 6107, Blackwood, NJ We are looking for energetic part‑time retail store associates to join our team in Gloucester Premium. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, and supporting the overall retail experience. Responsibilities & Requirements Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends. Hours are part‑time and will vary based on business needs. Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six months of retail experience preferred. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required. Must be 16 years of age or older. Physical demands: regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle and reach, occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. May be required to lift or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Part‑time employees work 20‑29 hours per week: robust medical plan, HSA, prescription drug coverage, fertility support, 401k plan, Stock Purchase Plan with employer match, and education assistance. Part‑time employees working less than 20 hours per week receive discounts for prescription drug coverage and vision services. Eligible to earn monthly and quarterly incentives.
