Future Store Leader: Manager in Training

CVS Health seeks a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning, supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach. The SMIT is designed to enhance your leadership path by engaging in key experiences to prepare you for promotion within the market.
