Pre-Submittal Meeting: The next pre-submittal meeting will be held Friday, July 1 , 2005 at 11 am in the Second Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center 50 West Washington. Attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers. When attending a meeting in the Daley Center allow for extra time to pass through the building’s security screening. Submissions Due Date: The next due date for responses to be delivered to the Public Building Commission is Friday, July 15 , 2005. Submissions are due by 4 pm in Room 200, Richard J. Daley Center , 50 West Washington. Documents Available: The RFQ and submittal documents are available at the front desk of the Public Building Commission, 50 West Washington, Room 200 or can be downloaded here. Questions: All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Miguel Fernandez, Contract Negotiator, Public Building Commission, 50 West Washington, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602. Questions may also be faxed to Mr. Fernandez at View phone number on click.appcast.io. All RFQs must be submitted on documents provided by the PBC. RFQs received after the announced date and time for submission will not be accepted. Incomplete submittals will not be considered.
