Set Right Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in providing remote outpatient therapeutic services. In this full-time role, you will deliver critical mental health services to clients, ensuring individualized care and support for families in the Marysville, Washington area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, incorporating both individual and family therapy modalities to address the unique challenges presented by each client.
  • \n
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, which comply with department standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Engage in regular communications with the multidisciplinary team as well as external healthcare providers to report on patient progress, address concerns, and coordinate further care needs.

  • Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during critical incidents, ensuring clients have access to emergency resources and safety planning.
  • \n
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of current best practices in family therapy.
  • \n
  • Facilitate workshops or group sessions to educate clients and their families about coping strategies and mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With a diverse client demographic, you will adapt your approaches to meet the cultural, emotional, and situational needs of those you serve, actively fostering an inclusive and affirming environment.

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program.
  • \n
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a similar credential recognized in Washington State.
  • \n
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing outpatient therapy services in a clinical setting.
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other technology tools, ensuring efficient documentation and communication.
  • \n
  • Excellent organizational abilities and self-management skills to work independently in a remote setting.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n
    \n
  • Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • \n
  • Previous involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives focused on mental health awareness.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
