Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and engage in diagnostic evaluations as needed, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to the cultural and unique needs of our diverse clientele.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor patient progress, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions and strategies to support mental health diagnoses and facilitate positive outcomes.

• Document all necessary treatment records and clinical reports promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Collaborate closely with clients and other healthcare professionals to develop holistic treatment plans that focus on patient needs, desired outcomes, and established intervention strategies.

• Design treatment objectives in partnership with patients and their families, anticipating patient safety needs and symptom management while actively contributing to a productive team environment.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate care, acting as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers or agencies.

• Mentor and provide educational support to students, interns, or volunteers, enhancing their understanding of clinical practices and patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
