Analyst, Finance Business Partner

Role Provide divisional financial reporting, identify financial risks & opportunities, and give guidance to achieve financial targets for assigned divisions. Support the financial close process by analyzing P&L variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives. Deliver monthly expense forecasts across the entire P&L for assigned divisions, and present financials to senior management. Maintain staffing plans and lead discussions with business on hiring timing, affordability, capacity, and tracking. Support negotiations with business and sourcing on renewals or new contractual spend for third‑party services or technology solutions. Contribute to special projects and perform various ad‑hoc reporting or analysis with a strong customer service focus. Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational controls, efficiency, and output quality. All About You Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a financial analysis role. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) or professional certification (CMA, CPA) a plus. Must be able to comply with the company’s hybrid in‑office work policy. Self‑motivated with a track record of delivering success within a team environment. A comfortable ability to work with ambiguous processes, manage multiple priorities, and handle assignments concurrently. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact, influence, and navigate effectively with business teams. Strong relationship‑management and networking skills. Proficiency using the MS suite (Excel, Office, PowerPoint) and enterprise ERP/Planning systems. Proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, or low‑code tools a plus.
