Job Description Job Description Commercial Service & Maintenance, LLC is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing fleet. Our technicians are professional, experienced and client-centric focused. Scope of assignments daily can include: Interaction with clients in an open business atmosphere Job updates and calls to and from supporting staff Diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC issues Installation of new or repair of existing HVAC systems Indoor or outdoor work conditions Physically demanding situations including heavy materials/equipment, heights, weather and tight spaces Requirements: Valid Commercial HVAC certification Valid drivers license Highschool Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a drug test Interact professionally and proficiently with clients 5 years experience in commercial HVAC as full time work a plus Strong Knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, Pool Dehumidifiers, RTU and PTAC units Self driven attitude and the ability to problem solve Responsibly operate all equipment needed to complete jobs including company vehiclesaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
