ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Cole Walters - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified and driven professional for the role of Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a sales-oriented expert, you will market the best Insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Your sales experience equips you to build the agency with value based conversations to increase revenue and agency brand within the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Property & Casualty license must be acquired by first day of employment. 
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
