Employment: Physician Group Employed Position (hospital employed); a Duke Lifepoint Hospital
\n - \n
Expectations: In office care consist of 20-25 patients per day with 40-50 new patients a month. Traditional model includes outpatient clinic, newborn nursery, minimal inpatient and delivery care
\n - \n
Current Practice Structure: Physicians, APPs, clerical staff, LPNs, Lactation Consultant, Office Manager
\n - \n
Schedule: Standard office hours with flexible day options to extend hours for 4-5 days per week. Shared call 10 days minimum with one weekend per month
\n - \n
Location: Office located less than a mile from hospital. Service area includes Galax and surrounding counties
\n - \n
Equipment and Services: In office lab for rapid test and CBCs, Lactation Consulting
\n - \n

TCRH is considered a rural facility that serves a large medical population of approximately 60,000 within a 100-mile radius.
