As our Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of supplies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
• Conducting research to identify the best products and suppliers for our needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases and vendor agreements.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure all supply needs are met efficiently.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• A great communicator, both in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with inventory management systems (a plus, but not required).
• Open to learning and growing in the role, as no prior experience is required to get started!
