Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Madison Pointe Care Center in New Port Richey, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our rehab department, providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our interdisciplinary team.
Full Time with sign-on / relocation bonus! $10,000
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings of residents to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention
- Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care
- Provide PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care
- Provide supervision of PTA's
- Engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility
Physical Therapist Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A current Florida Physical Therapist License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Net Health and Point Click Care preferred
